Enrollment fee is $200 per junior for the Advanced Camp and $200 for the Girl’s or Boy’s Camp. If your child is enrolled in the Junior Golf School (Thursdays) the cost for the Girl’s and Boy’s Camp is reduced to $150 per junior. Friends of members will be charged an additional surcharge. This includes lunch Tues-Thus, beverages, snacks, Evergreen golf Hat or Shirt, prizes, and picture and Monday evening pizza party. Please return this enrollment form no later than one week prior to scheduled camp.
